1. How long does the session last? - 50 minutes.
2. How often do I need to come to the session? - Once a week at the same agreed time. If you have a non-standard work and life schedule, then at each session the dates and times of the next one are agreed upon.
3. I work during the day, can I make an appointment for the evening? - Yes, this is possible, there are evening hours at 18:00, 19:00, or 20:00.
4. How long do you need psychotherapy to achieve results? - It depends on what result you need and what level of decision you are at. To begin with, it's proven practice to start from 10 sessions.
5. What does the result of psychotherapy depend on? - From your desire to work on yourself and personal resources. Some of them are the safety and trust that arise in therapeutic relationships. After all, it takes time to touch truly deep.
6. What is confidentiality? - Confidentiality is a prerequisite for psychotherapy. It means that everything the client says to the psychotherapist remains between them. Only in certain circumstances, ethical and legal obligations must be considered, such as the Child Protection Act protecting the rights and welfare of children and minors.
7. Can I miss sessions if I need to? - Yes, you can. If you do this after a minimum notice period of 48 working hours you will be asked to pay the fee for the missed session.
8. Why psychotherapists don’t guarantee an accurate result? - Psychotherapeutic work takes place in a constantly changing world. Any external crisis can provoke a new round of inner tension. Some of the beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that affect your life negatively have profound roots. In psychotherapy, you are given the support and safety to explore, understand, and try to change them.
9. How much does one session cost? - The first meeting costs 80 euros.
Couple and family therapy
1. How long does the session last? - 50 minutes. Sometimes the time is extended up to 90 minutes for special exercises. This is discussed in advance before sessions.
2. How often do you need to come to the session? - During the consultation period, an exact schedule of visits is drawn up.
3. Our family can attend sessions on weekends. Is it possible? - Yes. Sometimes appointments are possible on Saturday. If you want to go regularly, then you should think about weekdays.
4. How long should I visit a family therapist? - It all depends on the request and the degree of conflict.
5. How much does one session cost? - 125 euro.
